President Barack Obama was in Arizona last night where he addressed the nation.  The room appeared to be somewhat solomn; however, the President delivered a message that was filled with hope.  The room erupted with applause when he shared the latest news on Gabrielle Giffords progress, after being shot in the head, at point blank range.

President Obama also remembered the youngest shooting victim, 9 year old, Christina Taylor Green, who had big dreams.  And then there was the intern, Daniel Hernandez, who unselfishly rushed toward the sound off gun fire, not away.

The nation's thoughts and prayers are with the people who will be trying to make sense of all of this and try and move forward...slowly but surely.
