New Grand Rapids Brunch Spot Opening Next Month, Still Hiring

A new place for eggs and mimosas is coming to Grand Rapids next month and they are still looking to fill up their staff.

Morning Belle Brunch Bistro will open in mid-September, reports GRBJ. The new brunch spot took over the former Twisted Rooster, which closed in June after 9 years. Meritage Hospitality still has some open positions such as servers, dishwashers, and cooks. You can apply here if interested.

Morning Belle has been showing updates on their Facebook page of what to expect. They said the restaurant will have a "light and fresh atmosphere" and that's reflected in the rendering below.

You'll definitely be getting a wake-up call with some of the drinks on the menu such as spiked cold brews, different flavored mimosas, and bloody marys. Some food items include Cinnamon Roll French Toast, Pacific Blue Crab Hash, and the Morning Belle Benedict which looks and sounds so delicious.

Oh yea, and let's not forget about the Donut Waffle *drool*
