Michigan Welfare Recipients Cut Off Oct. 1st, Charities Feel The Pressure

Something's gotta give!   Welcome to the new America.  I've interviewed Jay Starkey, from In The Image on Division Street a number of times.  According to www.mLive.com when Starkey was interviewed by them he said a lot of the people that In The Image helps out depend on welfare to make ends meet from one month to the next. He sadly expects that many of them will end up in a homeless shelter once they are removed from the welfare roll call October 1st.  So what's the answer? How can this be avoided when jobs are already scarce as it is?
