Below is a look at last year's winners. First place went to Angel's Thai Cafe, who served up Kapoon -  a red curry noodle made with chicken stock, minced chicken, and topped with cilantro and cabbage.

A list of competitors for Noodle Fest 2024 has yet to be announced, but when it is, we'll update this post!

Attendees are encouraged to dress as your favorite noodle dish. The Director of Grand Rapids Asian Pacific Festival will be dressed as a bowl of ramen!

Organizers say you can expect shorter and quicker lines this year at Noodle Fest as they plan to improve signage and market each dish in advance.

There will also be entertainment, including Kids Karaoke.
