From Pop-Ups to Brick-and-Mortar Growth

The business first launched in 2019, building a following through delivery and pop-ups before eventually opening its Leonard Street location. That space became a go-to for quesabirria and Mexican seafood, and a key step in the brand’s growth across Grand Rapids.
