Crowned Free will host its Launch Party and Fashion show, on Thursday, January 28, at 6:30PM, to raise money and awareness to combat local human trafficking.

The fashion show will be held at the Cheney Place at 1600 Monroe Ave NW in Grand Rapids.

The Launch Party and Fashion show will feature Crowned Free's new line of inspirational tees, bohemian tops, and accessories.

Crowned Free's mission is to change the lives of those who have been rescued from human trafficking. They invest 35 percent of their profits by giving to several organizations who work to restore and rebuild the lives of those rescued from human trafficking.

Tickets for the fashion show start at $10 with a portion of the proceeds supporting The Manasseh Project - a local safe house for victims of human trafficking. Wedgwood's Manasseh Project is an outreach ministry, of Wedgwood Christian Services, dedicated to ending the sexual exploitation of young men and women in West Michigan.

"We cannot continue to look the other way on the issue of human trafficking.  We are incredibly proud of this new fashion clothing line and exited to support the efforts of the Manasseh Project," said Chief Crowned Office and Co-Founder, Heidi VanderWal.

The event will be hosted by Jordan Carson.
