Grand Rapids Becomes A More Bike Friendly City

I notice it on the way into work every day.  But I always thought bikes were not supposed to drive in the middle of a car lane like an automobile or motorcycle.  That's the stuff that really ticks me off.  So what does it really mean for Grand Rapids to become more "bike friendly."
