Feeding America, Twisted Rooster, Brewery Vivant are Fighting Hunger

This Thursday, November 21, the Twisted Rooster restaurant will make room on its draft list for half a dozen beers from Brewery Vivant.  The goal being to pique the interest of local beer geeks with this season's debut of Vivant's PlowHorse imperial stout, and, more importantly, encourage a big turnout. 

You see, 10% of all food and drink sales from 3 p.m. to close will be donated to Feeding America West Michigan Food Bank.

Back in April, Crooked Goose, Twisted Rooster's sister restaurant in Standale, hosted a similar Brewery Vivant takeover, and raised enought money to distribute more than 2,700 meals.

Twisted Rooster is located at 1600 East Beltline, NE here in Grand Rapids.
