Grand Rapids Plastic Surgeons! Did Bristol Palin Really Have Plastic Surgery?

When I first looked at the pictures.  Read the story.  Studied the pictures again.  It doesn't even look like the same person. What do you think?  More than plastic surgery it kind of looks like she lost some more weight.  They are saying "chinplant."  I think she is more striking in the "old" pic.
