ealth officials are adding shock value to tobacco warning labels. The graphic new labels include images of dead bodies, mouth cancer, diseased lungs and a man on a ventilator. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Margaret Hamburg will introduce the new warning labels today at the White House. A 2009 law calls for the graphic warnings to appear on all cigarette packages and ads starting next October.
