Breathing Issues

Thanks to all who have wished me well and improved health as I struggle thru my usual breathing issues.  All I can say is thank you to Spectrum Health for rushing me into treatment early Wednesday morning.      A lot of it has to do with being 100 percent compliant with my asthma meds.   I'd be lying if I said money wasn't part of it.  Copay is around $100 dollars a month and with Christmas, etc., I spent the money elsewhere.  Now I pay the price.    Being the highbrow that I pretend to be, the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology says we asthma sufferers would do well to increase our intake of zinc, vitamins a, d, and e.   ( I don't know if I buy it because I eat pretty health anyway. )  Check out the article....
