ArtPrize 2012 Spotlight – $10,000 Awarded To Musicians [Audio]

Music is slowly becoming a bigger part of ArtPrize.

This year, St. Cecilia Music Center has been an exhibition center focusing on live performance.

On Sunday, September 30, St. Cecilia awarded $10,000 worth of prize money for musicians entered in ArtPrize.  Five winners received $2,000 each.

The prizes were awarded in five different musical categories:  classical, folk/country, rock/blues, jazz, and pop/electronic.
