The office of Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, who has gained attention for voicing his strong opinions to the press, released several documents on their investigation on January 13th and 14th. Among the documents are the complete list of the injured victims (including Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, the youngest injured at 40) and a timeline of the shooting.

The timeline details the actions of alleged killer Jared Lee Loughner leading up to the shootings, including trips to Walgreens to develop photos of himself posing with a 9mm gun, posting ominous goodbyes on his MySpace page, and, most interesting of all, an unrelated run-in with an officer mere hours before he opened fire on Giffords and others:

7:30 AM, 1/8/11: AZ Game & Fish Department officer stops Loughner for running a red light at Cortaro Rd. and I-10.

Loughner's trial will be presided over by San Diego federal judge Larry A. Burns and he'll be represented in court by Judy Clarke (also from San Diego), who previously represented Unabomber Ted Kaczynski. Arizona's public defenders and federal judges refused the case, as one of Loughner's victims was Arizona judge John Roll.
