For the past several years, one of the biggest fundraisers for the Heart Association has been their Heart Ball. Five to six hundred people would attend the gala and raise money to support research and programs. This year? Not so fast! COVID19 has arrived, so, now what do they do? Don't hold the event, but DO hold the event, VIRTUALLY!

We at Townsquare Media's 100.5 The River, and our sister station Mix 95.7 are proud to help present the first ever Virtual Hear Ball!

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 28, from 5 to 6 p.m., the Heart Association says to wear your gown, tuxedo, or even your slippers and join online for an inspiring happy hour event.

I, Andy Rent, have the honor of hosting the event that features an incredible live auction, survivor stories and honors heroes in the West Michigan community. We’ll also present the Richard M. DeVos Award for Medical Excellence that is being presented to Dr. John Heiser (Hi-zer) of Spectrum Health.

Seriously, you get to stay home with fluffy, spot, kids, wife, girlfriend, whoever, and enjoy the Heart Ball, ON LINE! How do you get there? Simple.

Register now at Heart.org/GrandRapidsHeartBall and have fun!

Don't miss it! You'll have so much fun, from home, and be able to help the Healthy Heart programs right here in West Michigan!
