A Lawn Mower DUI With 10 Stolen Shopping Carts!

This is classic.  You have to see this Police car dash-cam video.

Okay, so the guy does have about $1,000 dollars worth of booze...and those are shopping carts he's strung together with his best 100 foot extension cord...and, he is pulling it with a riding  lawn mower.....on a main road!

So...what's the problem officer?
