It's hard to believe that July is but a couple of weeks away.  And yet, that's an exciting time when the summer's best family entertainment value, the Tuesday Evening Music Club kicks off.  The Music Club brings talented local and regional musicians to the Frederik Meijer Gardens Amphitheater stage free to Meijer Gardens members—throughout July and August.

As an added bonus, all of Meijer Gardens is open to visitors until 9 pm on Tuesday concert nights. Guests can bring picnic food during the shows or enjoy the Taste of the Gardens Café and amphitheater concessions. Chairs of all heights are welcomed.

Concerts are free for members and free with paid admission to Meijer Gardens for the general public. All Tuesday Evening Music Club shows begin at 7 pm.

This season kicks off the Tuesday Evening Music Club series with Family Appreciation Night!

PRESHOW: WaZoBia: interactive drumming for kids.

The Piano Cottage: Students of various ages display their fledgling talents, sharing the stage with established musicians, performing classic rock and modern pop.

INTERMISSION: Dance instructor Heather Winia invites everyone to learn some fun and simple moves.

Afro Zuma: A percussion-driven, African funk, Afro-beat ensemble. Piano Cottage students will be returning to the stage to play the night out with the band.
