Miley Cyrus paid tribute to singer-songwriter Paul Simon during the 'Saturday Night Live' 40th Anniversary Special by performing his 1975 hit, '50 Ways to Leave Your Lover.'

Weekend Update has been a staple of 'Saturday Night Live' ever since the show's first season in 1975, and as part of the 40th Anniversary Special, 'SNL' recognized the weekly news parody with a tribute led by Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Jane Curtin.

For its 40th Anniversary Special, 'Saturday Night Live' took another opportunity to take a swipe at Justin Bieber and this time, the long-running sketch comedy show integrated the pop star into its famous Celebrity Jeopardy gag from the late '90s and early 2000s.
