A week or so ago I posted a blog about Free Prom Dresses.  They had been donated and would be loaned out, free.  With all of the events girls have to attend in High School, the cost of dresses, you can't wear the same one twice, really adds up. However, there is another way to keep your costs low.  You could make your own.
