Grand Rapids Public Schools’ Kent Vocational Options (KVO) Special Education students will have a visual arts show and a silent auction hosted by St. Mary’s, today  and tonight at the Lack's Cancer Center.

The staff at the St. Mary’s KVO classroom received a grant from the Grand Rapids Community Foundation, which enabled them to bring in local artist and former GRPS employee, Elaine Dalcher to teach a five week class to help the students find their inner artistic vision. The theme of the visual arts showcase is “Art Around the World”.

Today, fromNoon- 8:00 p.m. is a Silent Auction, and tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. is the Artists Reception.   It's all happening at the Lacks Cancer Center, 250 Cherry Street, SE, downtown Grand Rapids in the Fifth Floor Conservatory.
