See this is the stuff that really ticks me off.  But this is the stuff that happens when the state changes regimes.  When Jennifer Granholm left office and was replaced by Rick Snyder much of what she did to bring money and keep money in the state has been undone.  While I was never a fan of hers either, these are some of the things that happen when government regimes change.

Jennifer Granholm axed the Select Michigan Program I was a part of for over 6 years.  Select Michigan encourgaed buying local, keeping the dollars in the state and it was a very successful program that showed increasing profits every single year.  You could measurably see the growth.  But Ms. Granholm decided that those dollars were better spent trying to lure the movie industry to our state.  So now what are we left with?  No movie industry.  No Select Michigan.  No nothing, bringing dollars to Michigan.  While government may enjoy undoing what has been done by previous administrations, we the public are left to suffer.  So what is the answer?  I wish I knew...
