Yo quiero... the salary Taco Bell is testing out for store managers in 2020.

According to MarketWatch, the company is going to test paying restaurant general managers $100,000 a year at some locations in the Midwest and Northeast later this year.

Taco Bell announced the plan last week, along with the news that as of Jan. 1 all of its employees are eligible for paid sick time.

Currently, Taco Bell managers make between $50,000 and $80,000 per year. The company is hoping a higher salary will help it attract better employees and keep them around.

MarketWatch reports,

The announcement comes as unemployment has been hovering around a 50-year low, putting pressure on employers to offer higher wages.

Taco Bell hasn't revealed an exact date the higher salary testing will begin.
