World’s Largest Dog Wash is This Weekend

Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids will host the 14th annual World’s Largest Dog Wash at Fifth Third Ballpark this Sunday, July 10. The event, held during the Whitecaps “Dog Days” game, will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature dog washes, grooming and doggy bag giveaways. In addition to the dog wash, the event will include a pet contest with prizes for best dog trick, longest dog ears and dog/owner look-alike.

How much does it cost to get your dog washed? A mere $10 per dog, a fee that will support the Children’s Cancer and Grief Program offered through Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids.

Dog Wash - Sunday, July 10; 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Pet Competition – Sunday, July 10; 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
