You're driving down the road when suddenly you spot sixteen pink flamingos hanging out in one of your neighbors yards. Are they having a crisis? No, but these little pink guys are hanging out and being extra tacky for a great cause.

You may have spotted one of these "You've been flocked" signs in Ingram County recently, but they aren't just being placed by merry pranksters, instead, they are a fun way to raise money for Girl Scout Troops in Mason, Mi.

According to a post on facebook, the flocks are making their way around Mason as a way to raise money for girl scout troops 306-00 and 305-90, and for a small fee you can have them in your own yard, or send them to stay with someone else you know in the area for a small donation.

How do I summon the Flamingos?

If you'd like to see the flamingos in your yard or the yard of someone you'd love to "flock", they have a google spreadsheet you can fill out your information and they will collect your donation. Or, you're able to email them at MasonGSFlamingos@gmail.com to learn more details.

Will they do this outside of Mason?

While they want to stick to the area the Troops are located, you'll want to be nearby in order to get the flocks to your destination. However, they said they are willing to discuss some other areas if you're willing to donate a little more to their cause.

So have some fun, and tell one of your neighbors to go "flock" themselves for a great cause to support the Girl Scouts and their mission. You have until July 30th to get in on the fun!
