When Can Your Kids Trick or Treat on Halloween?
Tomorrow is October 31st, and you know what that means. Halloween! And all the little ghosts and goblins will be out in the neighborhoods trick or treating for pounds and pounds of candy. So, when can the kids get out there for the fun?

And, the weather. 13 On-Your-Side weather says a high expected of 55, cloudy to partly cloudy with just a slight chance of rain. That's the best we've had in some time.
