Following the abrupt closure of Derby Station on Wealthy Street in East Grand Rapids, it was announced in September that Bowdie's Chophouse would open a location there before the end of the year.

The new steakhouse is now open, Grand Rapids Magazine reports. Bowdie's hours are Sunday-Thursday from 5-10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5-11 p.m.

According to GR Mag,

Bowdie’s brands itself as having an “upscale” dining atmosphere perfect for “date nights, business dinners and late-night cocktails.”

The menu includes Smoked Duck Ravioli; a Seafood Tower with oysters on the half shell, crab claws, shrimp, and lobster; Filet Mignon; Ribeyes; handcrafted cocktails and more.

This is the third Bowdie's Chophouse location, with two existing restaurants in Lansing and Saugatuck.

The restaurant shared on Facebook,

“We feel Bowdie’s perfectly matches the boutique, small-town feel that Gaslight Village is already known for and are beyond excited to bring our talented staff, attentive service, exquisite cuts and handcrafted cocktails all together to provide a one-of-a-kind experience.”
