TV Reporter Nearly Hit By Car While On The Air [Video]

I don't know if you caught this video on the news this past week, but it's pretty darn exciting, with a happy ending.

Just when you thought reporting the news was a safe gig. A Bay Area reporter and his cameraman were doing a live report when they were both nearly hit by a car.

Amazing. How awful that could have been. What you didn't see on national news, was what happened afterward.

KTVU reporter Alex Savidge huged and thanks his photographer Chip Vaughan for yelling at him to get out of the way before nearly being hit by a car on live TV. Alex also wanted his wife to know he's ok. How emotional.
