LaughFest returns to Grand Rapids, March 9 - 19. Here are the best ways to get out with the family and enjoy it with the kids!
LaughFest 2017 will bring a lot of laughs and a lot of money for Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids. Gilda’s Club provides free emotional support to anyone with cancer or anyone affected by cancer. They also offer support to children and adults grieving the death of a loved one for any reason.
Gilda's Club and LaughFest brings a lot of joy to people of all ages. There are many events at LaughFest which are strictly for adults, but there are also many which are suitable for all ages or especially designed for kids.

Mannequin Challenge World Record Attempt
LaughFest will once again kickoff with a world record attempt. This year, they're shooting for the world's largest mannequin challenge. It's part of the Community Kickoff event at Rosa Parks Circle on Thursday, March 9.
Registration begins at 5:30pm. At 6pm there will be a group photo followed by the official mannequin challenge video. All are welcome to participate and encouraged to wear yellow or LaughFest gear!

Super Saturday Kids Zone
An opportunity for the kids to have a blast while working off some energy at the Super Saturday Kids Zone on Saturday, March 11, from 10am - 2pm at the GRCC Ford Fieldhouse.
There will be special guests, a ton of inflatables, dancing, music, games, a velcro wall, sumo suits, a special batting cage and more. Many activities have age restrictions, but there is something for everyone including toddlers.
Cost is $7. Kids under 12 months are free.

Kids Joke Time
Free admission to three separate Kids Joke Time events as hilarious (and very brave) kids take the stage to tell knock-knock jokes, original material, old classics and a little bit of everything else!
Come to watch OR have your kids come prepared to take the stage themselves to entertain!
This is my family's favorite event each year!

- Holland: Saturday, March 11 at 11am at Herrick District Library.
- Lowell: Saturday, March 11 at 1pm at Kent Distict Library's Englehardt Branch.
- Grand Rapids: Thursday, March 16 at 6pm at Grand Rapids Public Library.

Family Improv
Think you're family is funny? Prove it!
A fun family improv event for all ages where active participation is encouraged! Improvisatlionalist, Bart Sumner, who has 25 years of experience including time in New York and Los Angeles, will lead the fun!
Family Improv is Saturday, March 11 and 18 at 10am at Dog Story Theater.

Baby Loves Disco
Dance music for the kids AND mom and dad. So that means Baby Loves Disco is a Barney-free zone!
Live DJs and a lot of dancing and fun. $7 admission for anyone who is not under 12 months.
Baby Loves Disco is at H.O.M.E. in The B.O.B. on Saturday, March 11 at 11am and Saturday, March 18 at 2pm.
