Meet Ginny, a Jack Russell terrier that was left on the side of the road that now has a huge following on Instagram with over 306,000 fans. The combination of Ginny's cuteness in the pictures, and the captions written by her human, Chelsea Hope England, they have become celebrities on Instagram.

Chelsea and Ginny met when Chelsea's boss found Ginny, who had been tied to a fence on the side of the road and just left there.

Ginny was skinny, with thinning fur, and covered in flea bites. But, her eyes made Chelsea fall in love with her, and she knew that Ginny had to come to live with her.

Now the duo enjoy spending time together and frankly, Ginny is just about the cutest dog I've ever seen.
