Tiger Woods Gets Fined For What An Announcer Calls A “Disgusting Act”

As if his bad golf playing hasn't been in the news enough.  Now Tiger Woods makes the news yet again!  The Europeon Tour just announced that Tiger will indeed be fined an undisclosed sum for a "breach of etiquette."  TigerWoods has apologized for the incident via Twitter.
