Up until now the only way to secure tickets to see "Hamilton" in Detroit was through purchasing Broadway in Detroit season tickets.

On January 25, tickets for the full run of "Hamilton" will become available, but there are some steps you need to take first to have a chance at tickets.

"Hamilton" will be at Fisher Theatre in Detroit, March 12 - April 21, 2019. Tickets range from $80 - $185, with some $485 premium seats available. There is a maximum of four tickets per household.

Tickets will be available online through Ticketmaster Verified Fan, on Friday, January 25 at 10:00 a.m.

Ticketmaster Verified Fan requires purchasers to pre-register to reduce competition with scalpers and bots. Registration is open now through January 23 at 10:00 p.m.

Those who register will be notified by Ticketmaster on Thursday, January 24, if they have been selected to have a chance to purchase tickets online.

A limited number of tickets will also be available at the Fisher Theatre Box Office via a wristband lottery. Wristbands will be passed out 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., then randomly chosen beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Show days and times:

•            Tuesday - Sunday evening performances at 8:00 p.m.
•            Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m., (Sunday, April 14, is an American Sign Language/Open Caption performance)
•            No Sunday evening performance on April 14 or April 21
Once "Hamilton" begins in Detroit, 40 tickets will be sold for $10 for all performances via a daily lottery. More details to come, but previous lotteries have been conducted through the "Hamilton" app.
