Things To Do This Labor Day Weekend: September 2-5, 2022
It's the final weekend of the summer (unofficially) and also a busy holiday weekend. We have several events, from a Polish festival to a logging festival. There are also $3 movies, concerts, hippie living, koalas, a chicken wing festival, and Labor Day celebrations.
Muskegon Polish Festival
Friday, September 2-Saturday, September 3, 2022 - Hackley Park, Muskegon, MI

Koalapalooza is your chance to spend some "Koala-ty" time with some favorite furry visitors before they go back home to San Diego! After a summer of being one of just 10 places in North America to see koalas up-close, time with koalas Noorundi and Iluka is nearing an end. To celebrate this unique species and raise awareness for their conservation, John Ball Zoo is hosting Koalapalooza -- a 3-day event with one focus and one focus only…KOALAS. Michigan Chicken Wing Festival

Unfortunately the Labor Fest can’t be held at Ah-Nab-Awen Park this year because of the City's river restoration project. This Labor Day, head to Rosa Parks Circle in downtown Grand Rapids.There will be free admission to the Grand Rapids Art Museum & free live entertainment. Local food vendors, arts and craft vendors, cars and motorcycles at the show & shine classic car show, and a beer tent.
