The Bunny Train in Coopersville is Ready to Roll

It's that time of year again with Spring and Easter just around the corner. It's time to hop aboard the Bunny Train!

This is always a family favorite when the Coopersville & Marne Railway presents their annual Bunny Train. This year, the 13th, the train will run on Saturdays, March 12, 19 and 26 and on Sundays March 13 and 20. Saturday train departures are at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm. On Sundays, the trains leave at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. The friendly Conductor will call “All Aboard” at 20 minutes before each departure.

The Easter Bunny and her cast of wacky musical characters will “enterTRAIN” everybody  during the 90 minute ride through family owned farms and fields. During the journey, kids will pick a nice toy from the baskets that are presented by the costumed characters. All of the vintage train cars are decorated for spring. Some cars are almost 100 years old. Each rail car is heated and has a restroom. The locomotive is a 1950’s era diesel / electric engine.

Ticket prices are $17.00 for adults, $16.00 for Seniors 60+ and $15.00 for kids aged 2-12. Children under 2 years old ride for free. 24 hour online sales are found at www.MItrain.net.
