Every year about this time I wait to see some signs that spring is around the corner. Things like seeing the first robin, "springing forward" with our clocks, and of course the opening of our local Dairy Queens.
LaughFest officially kicks off this weekend. It is also opening weekend for the John Ball Zoo. We also have the Women’s Expo, KISS, Fish Fries, Hockey, Pirates, and a free day at the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Also, remember to turn your clocks AHEAD one hour this weekend.
We have outdoor and indoor activities this weekend. There is bobsledding, birthday celebrations, animals at the zoo, concerts, a circus, monster trucks and more. And don’t forget to “Spring Forward” with your clocks this weekend.
Hard to believe that Daylight Saving Time is already here again. Each Spring we adjust our clocks and enjoy more daylight at the end of the day. D.S.T. officially begins at 2am Sunday morning. But, if you're like me you might not be up at that time, so it's best to just take care of the clocks and watches the night before, right...
