After 80 years, Michigan's last horse racing track has closed its doors to mixed emotions, marking the end of an era.

Over the holiday weekend, I had the chance to head south and go to the Indy 500.

Berlin Raceway in Marne beat out 21 other racetracks across the country and will receive $50,000 as winner of the Advance Auto Parts “Advance My Track Challenge.” Fans across the country voted for their favorite home tracks, so the West Michigan track is thanking there local fans for the win.
