A woman by the name of Chris Willis in Grand Haven read about a sad situation on one of the social media sites.  Instead of thinking to herself, "That's a sad story", she realized that she could do something about it so she did! Muskegon Heights Edgewood Elementary School were lacking the basic necessities it took for the teachers to do their job...

The Kettle Campaign of the Salvation Army has only a few day remaining to reach their goal of $1.6 million dollars.  Dollars so urgently need in West Michigan to help the homeless, hungry and those in need.

Didn't really know when I woke up this morning if anyone would venture out into the wintery weather, it looked worse than it was.  I don't make it out much to that side of town but Jenison and Georgetown township is a nice area.  Many people know how much I love Thai food and told me I had to get some from Bangkok View on Baldwin...
