Every year at Thanksgiving, families gather around a table and enjoy a homemade feast with turkey and all the fixings. But what is everyone's favorite side dish?
It's the last month of summer, but that doesn't mean fewer fairs and festivals. In the next few weeks, there are 22 different events in the West Michigan area.
Last year, when we took our Alaskan Cruise and tour, we saw several bears, from a distance, mind you. But, the bears we saw didn't look like this one who created a traffic jam in Alaska as it sauntered down the road with a coffee can stuck on it's head.
100.5 The River‘s Andy Rent is touring Alaska with YMT Vacations and about three dozen people for nearly two weeks.
They are all on the Grand Alaskan Cruise & Tour, a 12-day Alaskan escape.

This is some pretty exciting video. Not sure I would had sat there and watched this whole thing. My thought would have been, "Holy Crap", are big waves going to be crashing on the deck soon?" Watching this does make me go, hmmmm. Maybe Al Gore is onto something after all and global warming isn't just a hoax...
