With Father's Day this Sunday, most people are usually stumped as to what to get dear old dad. Same old, same old, or, nothing at all.

Maybe you just have some family time, a cookout, a golf game, you take dad out for brunch/lunch/dinner, whatever. But, do you buy, or try to buy, him a gift. Hard isn't it.

Here are a couple of creative ideas I came across that I think would be super for your dad.

Thread Lab! If your Dad is stylish but shopping challenged, as I am, a Threadlab gift card just may be the answer. Here is what happens. Dad logs on to the site, creates a profile, including size, colors and specific preferences and the Threadlab team selects items from more than 50 brands and delivers them to his door. Cool, right? As an example, a $100 gift card will get him four or five items, and he'll be stylin'.

How about a record player? No, seriously, a turntable type record player. I'm pretty sure dad has a lot of "vinyl" around, with nothing to play them on, so, introducing the Crosley Chalkboard Cruiser! First of all, he can draw on this thing, but the real sweetness of this unit is it had 3-speeds, of course, built in speakers and a headphone jack in case no one else likes all his albums.

The website dodoburd.com has so great ideas that don't cost a thing.

Kids’ Photo Collage, collecting some pictures of the family and putting it together.

How about a Family Desktop Picture on his computer. Replace the wallpaper on Dad’s computer, smart phone, or tablet with a smiling family photo. It will be a great surprise.

Here is an idea I need. Organize His Sock Drawer! Arrange his sock drawer, his T-shirts, or his shoes. It’s a small but thoughtful gesture that makes a big difference in his busy life.

And, last but not least, Chore Takeover. Have the kids take over some of Dad’s usual chores, such as washing the dishes or walking the dog, so that he can relax and enjoy his day off.

Hope you have a great, happy and loving Father's Day guys!
