Silent Observer Creating Reward Fund for Kentwood Double Murder

It was a senseless crime in Kentwood.  The double murder of two, loved, people, David and Vivian Bouwman.

The Kentwood Police Department has been actively working this case, with tips coming into the police and Silent Observer.  As we now know, they are now looking for a specific person-of-interest, Javonte Higgins, who may be involved.  But, police are still asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect(s) involved in the crime.

   A reward fund has been set up in the name of David and Vivian Bouwman, and Silent Observer is hoping people will come forward and offer donations to the fund.  Lacks Enterprises has donated $2500 to get the reward fund started, and it's been reported that another $5000 has been anonymously donated as well as another $1,000, making the total $8500 thus far.

Police are hoping the reward money, sure to grow, will shake something loose.  As you know, if someones tip leads to the arrest and conviction of the criminal, the person who provided the tip receives the money.  Silent Observer guarantees that those who contact them to report information about the crime are anonymous and no one will ever try, or, be able to learn their identity.
