Sam's Club has issued an advisory on baby wipes that have been sold at their stores.

They say that some Simply Right Baby Wipes sold since June of this year may be contaminated with b-cepacia bacteria.

The CDC says that the bacteria poses little medical risk to healthy people, but can be harmful to people with weakened immune systems.

Sam's Club has directed all stores to remove the products from their shelves. If you have purchased the Simply Right Baby Wipes, they can be returned to Sam's Club for a full refund.
