An Indiana moves back in with parents, but when movers ship his belongings to him when he moves back out...one this was missing...his porn!

According to WOOD, parents in Ottawa County thought they were doing their son a solid by throwing out his massive porn collection...but apparently he didn't feel the same way and now he is taking mom and dad to court.

The son who lives in Indiana says his gigantor porn pile is worth nearly $30,000 and he is willing to go all the way to federal court in Michigan to make his claim.

The 40-year-old man got divorced (I wonder if the porn collection had anything to do with that divorce?) in 2016 and had to temporarily move back in with his parents. You have to admit, his parents were pretty cool for taking him back in until he could get rolling again.

The son did get rolling again, about 10 months later and that is when the movers delivered all his belongings to his new place in Muncie, Indiana. There were was just one thing missing...12 boxes filled with dirty books and dirty movies. The parents do admit to tossing the porn collection out. Can you imagine the look on their faces when they were going through the porn and just reading the movie titles alone. Titles like Frisky Business and Beg Bad Grannys. LOL...sorry but I did just laugh out loud just typing this.

The son first attempted to sue the parents in Ottawa County but the prosecutor said, nah, not in my court. Part of the documents that was sent to federal court included an email between the son and father where his dad told him, son, "I did you a big favor by getting rid of all this stuff."

Now the son wants nearly $90,000 which are three times the original value of the collection. My guess is the son won't be at the fourth of July barbecue this year and most definitely Thanksgiving.
