‘Rock the Rapids’ Brings Another Great Concert to Grand Rapids

Another reason to get out and enjoy summer--'Rock The Rapids' begins today. A week-long, outdoor concert series set up in the area between Van Andel Arena and the S curve.

I remember moving to Grand Rapids almost 30 years ago, my new friends would say how bored I'd be.

Wrong they were! They were wrong then and are wrong now. Plenty of things to do.

Last weekend, my wife and daughter saw the GR Symphony and the tribute to Michael Jackson. They loved it. My son and I drove to Val Du Lakes and watched Cheap Trick. Great band. We had a ball. There are tons of things to do....you just have to get out and get involved.
