A Michigan man wanted to say thank you in a BIG way to an essential worker who serves him coffee every day.

According to The Gander, Kevin VanAmburg of Monroe, Mich., is an essential worker himself who drives for a Brighton-based supplier.

He often visits the drive thru at his hometown Tim Horton's. Kevin noticed that since the coronavirus pandemic started one woman, a manager, seemed to be working the whole store by herself every day.

Kevin wanted to do something special for her, so he reached out to his network on Facebook. In less than 24 hours, they raised $900 to give her!

Kevin recorded his trip through the drive thru. He's very excited to surprise his favorite barista, and hopefully brighten her day! When he reaches the window, he hands over the cash and explains how grateful he is for her. We learn the woman's name is Denise and she is the mom of two adult children with special needs. She shares this is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for her.

And anyway, I'm crying. This is seriously so sweet!

Way to go, Kevin! Way to help spread the love, especially during a time like this.

And he's going to continue! The Gander says that Kevin's been asked to select another person for his network to help.
