The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives got a tip that Marcellus Cornwell of Detroit, Michigan was operating a vending machine on the side of his Mettetal Street home and using it to sell marijuana and pills. Some of the people that Marcellus was selling to were minors. The anonymous tipster also said that he was in possession of guns which is illegal because he's a convicted felon.
