The festival, held at the home of the West Michigan Whitecaps, will take place on August 14th at the ballpark. The hours will be from 1-6pm with early entry available for MBG Enthusiast Members at noon.

Scott Graham, the Guild's Executive Director is happy to be back this summer:

We are happy and excited for the opportunity to get back to Michigan Brewers Guild beer festivals and look forward to seeing people in person. We are currently working on logistics and safety protocols with our partners at the West Michigan Whitecaps and Traverse City Pit Spitters, which gives us the added benefit of their infrastructure and experience with their own events.

Tickets go on sale for the event on Tuesday (6-22) at 10am for Enthusiast Members, and on Thursday (6-24) for the general public. Tickets will be $50 in advance, if tickets are still available, they will be $55 on the day of the event. For designated drivers, tickets will be just $10. Tickets and Enthusiast Memberships will be available on MIBeer.com.

The other August beer festival will take place two weeks later on August 28th in Traverse City's Turtle Creek Stadium. The Brewers Guild is also staging a U.P. Fall Beer Festival in September at Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.

The event at LMCU Park will be the guild's first festival since the Winter Beer Festival in February of 2020, at what was then Fifth Third Ballpark.
