Make-A-Wish Foundation Walk is Saturday, October 6 at Meijer Gardens

Ellie Andrus, Development Manager for the Make-A-Wish Michigan, was a guest on my radio show yesterday morning.  We talked about their upcoming walk at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park on Saturday, October 6.

Make-A-Wish grants wishes to many courageous Michigan kids diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions.  And much of their funding comes from donations raised through events like the Walk for Wishes.

It will be a fun-filled day at the Garden's with free entry into the Garden's.  They'll have a complimentary breakfast and lunch, event T-shirts, kids' activities, entertainment and more.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. with the walk beginning at 9.
