This Lonely, Loveable Dog Looking for Forever Home in West Michigan

Just look at this cute boy. Who is he?

His name is Magee. He is a 2-year-old mixed breed dog with a lot of love and affection  to give but he is alone in the shelter just hoping someone will offer him a good, loving home.

Magee has so much charm and energy and he's great with new people and handles new places well, making him an easygoing guy when it comes to meeting his human friends.

The West Michigan Humane Society says Magee would do best as the only animal in his home. He is pretty guarded around other dogs, particularly when food and toys are involved, so he’ll need a home where he doesn’t have to share his favorite things with other pets.

The Humane Society is really having a Free Adoption Day on Saturday, August 29 from 11 AM to 4 PM at Humane Society of West Michigan. It's all thanks to a grant from the ASPCA Rescue Effect campaign, so adoption fees will be waived for all animals six months and older. This will be a great chance to meet your new best friend and give a shelter pet the loving home they deserve. You know they will be very busy so it's a good idea to be there early.
