It's time to dream, ooo and ahh a bit as the Fall Parade of Homes from the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids begins this Friday, October 2. You'll find all styles, and all price ranges, from as low as $150,000 to over $1 million dollars. One million dollars, plus, would buy a lot of house here in West Michigan. Oh well, we can dream. But, if you want more, property, pools, theater, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc., you'll have to look in Northville, outside of Detroit to max out your budget.Business Insider had some fun putting together a list of the most expensive houses, not just in Michigan, but every state. Michigan's most expensive home, ranked 30th most expensive in the country, is in Northville, a suburb of Detroit.
