The annual Fall HBA Parade of Homes presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids and sponsored by Option 1 Credit Union, will feature 35 homes. Providing inspiration for potential home buyers or those looking to remodel, the event kicks off October 2 and runs through October 17.

Ongoing since 1986, "the Parade continues to be a great inspiration for consumers,” says Andy Lofgren, HBAGGR Executive Officer. “It is also a showcase of area builders and a great source of business for the local building industry. It is important housing continues to grow because housing also grows our local economy.”

Both new and remodeled homes will be featured throughout the Parade.

Tickets are available now at Option 1 Credit Union and online at myGRhome.com/paradeofhomes for $10. They will also be available at each Parade home for $12. Children 12 and under do not need a ticket when accompanied by an adult.
