Thursday morning it was announced that Journey will be embardking on a 2020 North American tour withThe Pretenders, and one of those tour stops will be right here in Grand Rapids.

In a release, the band revealed that they'll play a show on Wednesday, July 8, 2019 at Grand Rapids' Van Andel Arena.

Tickets for all of the 60+ tour dates go on sale on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 10 a.m.

Grand Rapids isn't the only Michigan date on the tour - the bands will also be playing at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, Mich. on July 5, 2020.

Fans can expect to hear iconic Journey classics such as “Lights,” “Faithfully,” “Any Way You Want It,” “Open Arms,” “Wheel In The Sky,” “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart),” and the seminal “Don’t Stop Believin’,” which is the top-selling digital catalog track in history,  as well as Pretenders’ hits such as “I’ll Stand By You,” “Back On The Chain Gang,” “Brass In Pocket,” “Don’t Get Me Wrong,” “2000 Miles,” “My City Was Gone,” “Middle of the Road,” and many more.
