Cold Front Brings Up to 8 Inches of Snow to Michigan This Weekend
A cold front is heading into Michigan this weekend with some parts of Michigan having the possibility of getting up to 8 inches of snow by the time it's all said and done.

Let's take a look at where The National Weather Service says snow is expected to fall and who is going to get the most.
Starting on the west side of the state: places along the Lake Michigan shoreline such as Ludington, Muskegon, and Benton Harbor are expected to get around 3 inches.

As you head east on I-96 cities like Grand Rapids can also expect 3 inches while a bit farther east in Lansing 4 inches of snow is forecasted.
On the east side of Michigan, Ann Arbor and Detroit are predicted to be getting 2 inches of snow.
When it comes to the parts of Michigan that are expected to get hit the hardest we have to head north across the Mackinac Bridge to Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Once we cross the bridge, we need to continue north to counties that are near Lake Superior.
A majority of the Upper Peninsula will encounter 1″–2″ of snow.
A heavier area of snow is expected around Marquette and east of Marquette.
That area can expect 4-8 inches of snow by Monday night.
While this might cause a temporary problem for some drivers, the good news is that temperatures — along with the sun — are warm enough that none of this snow should stick around on the ground for too long
